"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I came back to Deviant art after being absent for, what, like, 3 years? Everything looks different, the interface is awful, and apparently my old account doesn't jive well with the code of the new site design because I cant change information, IE my age or contact info. As of the writing of this journal I'm actually 25, not 22.
